"We're not just building dormitories; we’re creating a new kind of ecosystem" said the architect in an interview with the Arcandian Beacon. He also added "No longer will our employees waste precious hours commuting or, frankly, making life choices outside their roles here."
Meals are served in the centralized Cafeteria, offering a rotating selection of nutritionist meals prepared by AMMC automated kitchens. Employees will also enjoy easy access to workplace amenities, like 24/7 shuttles, Secuity monitors, and an on-site wellness pod. “Living here has simplified my life,” said Carlos Mendes, a machinist at AMMC. “Before this, I had to waste time cooking, cleaning, and commuting. Now, I can focus entirely on my work... It’s very liberating”
While some may critize the project, its undeniable that it's the next logical step towards a fully optimized society. Who needs work-life balance when you can have work-life harmony, delivered directly to your doorstep. For now, the dormitories are open for business, and AMMC employees are eager to embrace this brave new era of work.
