Our Story

Founded in 1897 as a humble newspaper, the Arcandian Beacon began with a mission to educate the people of Arcandias on the goings on. From its early days we wrote about trade disputes and the surrounding islands affairs, the Beacon grew alongside the nation, becoming the go-to source of businesses and political news. Over a century later, we remain the best source of news in Arcandias. Delivering clarity, precision, a level of details that rivals any

Meet Me! (out of character)

Hi! My name is Jack, and I'm the founder and sole writer behind the Arcandian Beacon. In real life, (although I'm still in school) I'm a scriptwriter for my local news channel and graphic designer for statewide and local political campaigns. I love politics and have been working on campaigns sense I was 14 years old. The Arcandian Beacon is my passion project, a secondary space where I can bring the world of Arcandias to life, you can also find it on the IIwiki if you want to understand every little detail. I want to thank whoever is reading this from the bottom of my heart, it really means a lot. I have plenty of new projects planned for the future like, for example, the Arcandian racetrack I'm building in Assetto Corsa which i hope to complete in the next few months.
